The EULAR Annual European Congress of Rheumatology taking place from 6 - 9 June 2012 in Berlin. The annual EULAR congress is a major event in the calendar of world rheumatology. As have previous congresses during the last decade, this years congress in Berlin provides a unique event for the exchange of scientific and clinical information. Furthermore we are glad to report that two abstracts by Tanja Stamm and Michaela Stoffer, concerning the EUMUSC.net project have been accepted for the EULAR congress in Berlin. The abstract Are occupational therapy interventions included in the most commonly used European clinical-practice guidelines for the management of osteoarthritis? is presented as a poster presentation.
The abstract Development of userfocused standards of care for rheumatoid arthritis relating to the work that has been done in Vienna for workpackage 5 was presented in an oral presentation and is selected for one of the three EULAR Abstract Awards for Health Professionals.
The award ceremony takes place during the Opening Plenary Session of the Congress on Wednesday, 6 June 2012 from 18.45-20.00. The EULAR President, Professor Maxime Dougados, presents the awards.
